When should the migration to Vegga take place?
At this time, all users should have already migrated their accounts to VEGGA because everyone has that option. From our platform, you will need to handle renewals and new activations for all your equipment.
Will it be possible to continue working with the Agrónic web platform after the migration?
For a period of time, it will be possible to work in both environments, AGRONICWEB and VEGGA, in parallel. When the period in which AGRONICWEB is available is about to end, a notification will be sent via email or within the AGRONICWEB platform, allowing time for users to complete the migration if it has not yet been done.

Does the basic and professional user profile still exist?
No. Users who had a basic or professional profile in 2023 have now automatically changed to Standard. With this update, we allow all Standard accounts to view historical data without limits and create sub-users for free.
For those who, as professional users, were using agroclimatic indexes (Climate-Plant-Soil) or the Field Notebook (Farm Manager), they will need to migrate to the Expert Profile.

What is the annual cost to register a controller in the cloud?
You can check the different rates available on the website and the assigned price per controller based on those rates. Standard profiles will pay from €70 per device, and Expert profiles from €90 per device. These prices may vary depending on the number of devices in your account.
What is the annual renewal cost for a device I already have in AGRÓNIC WEB?

What payment options do I have to subscribe to the VEGGA service?
The available payment options at this time are by credit card.
How long could it take for a controller to be operational from the moment I register it?
The controller will be registered within 24 hours on business days from the time of purchase. You will receive an email when everything is ready so you can complete the setup of your Agrónic.
Operation
Is the AGRÓNIC APP mobile application still operational?
Yes, the Agrónic app will remain operational. You can use the mobile app as soon as you register as a user on VEGGA. From there, you will be able to view and manage your equipment.
Will emails be sent notifying that a device is about to expire or be renewed?
Yes, you will be notified of the renewal of your devices a few weeks before they expire via email.
Is there a digital or interactive manual for the new platform?
The user manuals are available within the VEGGA user platform for viewing or download.
You need to access the platform and, from the profile dropdown menu, select the Help section.
Within VEGGA, what is the name of the field notebook?
The field notebook is now called the operations manager.
As of today, which models of controllers can work with VEGGA?
Currently, you can work with A2500, A4000, and A4500. Other controllers can still be accessed normally from AGRÓNICWEB, but users will still need to migrate to VEGGA.
If you have different types of equipment not yet supported, you can access AGRÓNICWEB directly from the “Equipment” section in VEGGA.
What happens to the maps and graphs I currently have in AGRÓNIC WEB? Will they be retained in the new VEGGA platform?
All information and graphs created in AGRÓNICWEB will also appear in VEGGA. To allow your sub-users to view these graphs or maps, they will need to be shared using the tool available on the page.
A client has installed an Agrónic 2500 at their irrigation head, and there is a moisture sensor in the plot. How can I register on the platform to view the graphs from the sensor installed in the plot?
To view the data provided by the moisture sensor, you must register your user under the Expert profile. Once your account is set to Expert, you can register your A2500 device following the usual procedure. Within 24 hours, you will have access to all the functionalities you’ve subscribed to on VEGGA, including graph generation.
